Villa Las Puertas is famous for the numerous outdoor living areas including the Fiesta terrace that features wet bar, living and dining areas and large jacuzzi splash pool. Payment Policies: All reservations require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation, final payments are due 45 days before you arrive (60 days for Holidays). Payments can be made with check or any major credit card however there is a 2% credit card process fee. All reservations are fully refundable minus a $150.00 re booking fee as long as we can re rent the unit, If we are unable to re rent the unit all reservations are non refundable. We do offer travel insurance. There is a 7th bedroom at this villa that connects to the master suite and can be rented for children at an extra rate of $200.00 a night. Rates include tax.
